π£ REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN TO EVERYONE
For 2026, Entry fees will be based on qualification status:
π Qualified Divisional Team β $3,000
π£ Non-Qualified Team β $4,000
ALL teams β qualified or non-qualified β must complete the online Team Registration Form available on the PRL website. ONE form per team is required.
Payment may be submitted online, or teams can coordinate with the PRL an alternate payment method such as Venmo or other available options.
βοΈ Please note: If an alternate payment method results in processing, insurance, or other fees being charged to PRL, the team will be responsible for the same convenience fee applied to online registration payments.
π¨ π¨ BOTH the βTeam Registration Formβ and βentry feeβ must be received NO LATER then 12:01am Tuesday, September 1, 2026 to be eligible to compete. THIS IS A HARD DEADLINE βΌοΈ

π 2026 REDFISH WORLD SERIES FORMAT
π Launch & Weigh-In Location:
Roberts Point Park Pavilion & Marina

DAY 1 β WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23
π£ Up to 3 fish, 20β28 inches
Teams must weigh in a minimum of one fish and may weigh a maximum of three.
If a team zeros on Day 1, they are still permitted to fish Day 2, but may bring in a maximum of 4 fish on Day 2.
π€ Release order: Boat number low to high
DAY 2 β THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 24
π£ Up to 4 fish, 20β28 inches
If a team weighs one fish on Day 1 and has no other fish bumped on Day 1, they may weigh a maximum of four fish on Day 2.
π€ Release order: Reverse boat number
Days 1 & 2 are cumulative weight. Placement will be converted to points and added to regular-season Divisional points to determine the Divisional Team of the Year.
β οΈ CUT AFTER DAY 2:
Any team that has not fulfilled its five (5) legal 20β28β slot fish bag during the first two days will be eliminated and will not advance to Day 3.
DAY 3 β FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25
π£ Up to 3 fish, 20β28 inches
π₯ WEIGHTS RESET TO ZERO.
π€ Release by standing order.
After Day 3, the Top 20% of the overall field advances to the FINAL DAY.
Examples:
β’ 24 teams β 5 advance
β’ 30 teams β 6 advance
β’ 36 teams β 7 advance
DAY 4 β SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26

The remaining teams will battle it out on the final day for the 2026 PRL Redfish World Series Championship.

This yearβs Redfish World Series will mean a little more to all of us.
The 2026 PRL Redfish World Series will be held in memory of our dear friend and fellow tournament angler, James Alexander.
James was an incredible part of the fishing community, and we are honored to carry his memory with us throughout this yearβs World Series.
We look forward to bringing everyone together in Port Aransas for four days of competition, camaraderie, and remembering a great friend.
