We’ve had a hiatus over the past year due to starting a new, full-time job and some life changes that occurred. Here’s a small glimpse of all that’s gone on….new job as a PE teacher & High School soccer coach, completing the 1st all-female USSF B-license course, coaching club, getting back into ODP, and a couple cool adventures—trip to the Grand Canyon & Skydiving with the Army’s Golden Knights. Stay tuned as we go through some changes with our company.

Been gone awhile due to some other obligations taking place, such as this one….
These past 6 months I was apart of the Vigorous USSF B-license Coaching Course. It was also the FIRST ALL-WOMEN B-Course to be provided. Through all the ups & downs that came with personal life & this course, I am happy to announce that I PASSED this course and am now a B-license certified coach!

Female coaches deal with so much adversity, even if you don’t see it yourself. Being apart of this community has helped me see things in a different light & has made me stronger! Thank you to all of the other Coaching Candidates for your continued support. And special shout-out to my Instructor, Maren for guiding me, supporting me, and really teaching me so much over these past 6 months.

Been a busy busy life over the past couple of months for me….from starting a new career of teaching PE and coaching high school soccer to starting my adventure to get my USSF B-license. Im super excited for these next steps!! Currently going to to have to take some time away from doing any individual/group trainings. But stay tuned to this page for all coaching adventures, tips, tricks, and more!

Fun Fact….Women’s soccer was banned in England for 50yrs and wasn’t even apart of the FA until 1993. Congratulations Ladies for finally bringing something home for England!
