Downsides of not Stretching enough:

Higher risk of injury: Tight muscles and tendons tear or strain much easier during daily tasks or heavy lifting at the gym.

Less movement ability: Joints and limbs cannot move through their full, natural range, which makes working out or playing sports harder.

Bad posture: Shortened chest muscles and tight hips pull the body out of alignment, causing rounded shoulders or an arched lower back.

Ongoing aches: Chronic muscle tension builds up in common trouble spots like the lower back, hamstrings, and shoulders.
