Braxton and his team got knocked down early, but they refused to stay there. They battled all the way back and fought their way into the championship game to WIN their bracket. šŸ†šŸ”„

Being a dad is the greatest responsibility and the greatest blessing of my life.

My boys are always watching.

They watch how I handle adversity.
They watch how I treat other people.
They watch how I respond when life gets hard.
They watch how I take care of my body, my mind, and my faith.

As fathers, we are writing the blueprint they will follow for the rest of their lives.

Our kids do not need perfection.
They need presence.

Building muscle was the easy part.

You follow a plan.
You lift the weight.
You eat the meals.
You stay consistent.

Iā€™m building a legacy. šŸ’Ŗā¤ļø

The early mornings.
The disciplined meals.
The hard workouts.
The therapy.
The prayers.
The sacrifices no one sees.

Itā€™s never been about abs, trophies, or the number on the scale.

Itā€™s about showing my kids what commitment looks like.
What healing looks like.
What faith looks like.
What it means to become stronger in body, mind, and spirit.

Because one day, these three wonā€™t remember every workout I did.
But they will remember the example I set.

Theyā€™ll remember that Dad chose growth over excuses.
