I've been Involved in weightlifting and strength training for over 15 years. My backround is from football where I played defensive end at Centennial highschool where I was a 2 time all CIF and All state player and captain. I originally went to New Mexico university but transferred after 1 season where I played at RCC and was a 2 time all American at defensive end. I recieved a associates degree i
n kinesiology from RCC . When I graduated I recieved a full ride football scholarship to Purdue university where I majored in criminal justice.. After Purdue I had a brief tryout for a few NFL teams but my career was cut short due to injury. After football I turned to my passion and what got me all my success on the field; the weightroom and gym! The vision and goal of JB's PT: my vision towards fitness is to be able to do it all. By teaching people how to lift and train correctly as well as educating them on proper nutrition and supplements, Anybodies goal can be achieved at our gym. I believe that everybody has an inner athlete that can be brought out by properly taking the steps to advance him/her to a point where you're in the best shape of your life.
