JIU-JITSU IS THERAPY.

Not because it fixes every problem.

But because for an hour, everything else gets quiet.

You’re not thinking about work.
You’re not thinking about bills.
You’re not thinking about yesterday or tomorrow.

You’re just there.

Training. Breathing. Learning. Struggling. Improving.

Some days you come to Jiu-Jitsu feeling great.
Other days you walk through the door carrying a lot.

But somehow, you almost always leave feeling better than when you came in.

The mats give us a place to challenge ourselves, connect with good people, and reset.

That’s one of the reasons I’ve stayed in love with Jiu-Jitsu for so many years.

Sometimes the best part of training is what Jiu-Jitsu does for the rest of your life.

🇩🇴 JIU-JITSU HAS TAKEN ME TO SOME AMAZING PLACES.

Our Dominican Republic camp was so much more than training.

We had great Jiu-Jitsu, we also explored, went on adventures, ate together, laughed together, and experienced the country in a way I’ll never forget.

This picture pretty much sums it up. 😂🐴

One minute you’re on the mats training Jiu-Jitsu, the next you’re riding horses through the Dominican Republic with your teammates.

That’s why these camps are so special to me.

Jiu-Jitsu brings us together, but the experiences off the mats are what turn teammates into lifelong friends and trips into lifelong memories.

This was genuinely one of the best trips of my life, and I’m already excited for the next adventure.

- Create stories you’ll be talking about for years.
