Some days we just dribble and have fun and some days there's no fun just work and Reps on Reps on Reps
Everyone teaches and thinks they have the formula its just the simple things and more Reps with a purposeful teaching aspect- in other words you have to memorize the muscle movement patterns of the philosophy thats being taught in that moment and have enough Reps to formally inject them into the game 2 - 2 - 2 effect ask me about that formula later lol

Off rhythmic dribbling everything is not in sync when you’re playing, it’s not a perfect world so we have teach imperfect rhythms

Shot form.has changed , some can teach , some can train , some can develop, in this game of helping kids and developing their skills , its a ruff one, there are some many haters , back stabbers , envious, jealous folks...
I just stay in the lane I'm in.
