This is also a reminder that we are doing boat lift this Saturday at 9am. Please come dressed appropriately for boat lift and practice afterwards. Please also make sure to sign up so we know to expect you. Any member signed up for races this season should make attending practices a priority. We need to practice together often in order to race well together! Thank you everyone.

Good luck to all the WSD members and friends who are running the NYC Marathon on Sunday. To all the WSD members and friends that are volunteering at Ponchos/Finish Line/Medals/Medical, thank you for your service. Together we will welcome the 55k+ runners on Sunday. Don’t forget to turn your clocks back. Rest and sleep well. See you all at the finish line! 👍👍👍👍👍
