My boy Evan has been putting in work over the past year! From the very start he fully accepted the process and dove right in to following everything from the meal plan and macronutrient guidelines I laid out for him to the workouts that he needed to do outside of our training sessions. Aside from losing 30lbs, he’s made incredible strength gains across the board from struggling to properly squat with 65lbs to repping out 185lbs without dealing with the pain from injuries he received during his service in the army. He’s the type of client that every trainer loves because he always works hard and truly absorbed the process and his results show.

Shoutout to my boy .fit for all his hard work over the past year. He came back from Colorado and told me he wanted to get ripped so we’ve been grinding and it shows.

Great results don’t just happen to whoever wants them the most, they come when you show up 30 minutes early every day to run a couple of miles before the real workout begins.

With the help of my good friend / trainer .bustafit I went from 235lbs last year to 190lbs. I still have a ways to go to reach my goal but my friends have convinced me to start my fitness gram, so here it is.

WERE BACK BABY!! 🙌🏽
is now open and to help keep traffic low, we’re limiting gym use to only trainers and their clients.
It’s been great hunkering down and getting some rest, but it’s time to get back to work!
