Huge shoutout and congratulations to our new 6 week challenge WINNER Amanda!! In just 6 weeks she earned a total of 1,393 healthy habits points
Total Inches lost 9.35
Total Lbs lost 8
Muscle gain 2.4 lb
Fat loss 5.8 lb

Meet Nicole
You rarely will see Nicole at the gym without a big smile on her face (unless she doesn’t like the workout, I’ll get dirty looks 😬)
Nicole is a hard working, sweet, loving, loyal friend and amazing Mom. She became discouraged when she wasn’t sticking to her nutrition plan the way she wanted to. Someone showed her a before pic from a few months prior and she saw the amazing progress she has made. Which serves as a reminder to us all. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to be consistent. You don’t have to stop living. You just have to make sure your goals are a priority. You don’t have to always be motivated. You just have to never give up on yourself. I am so proud of Nicole for her effort, her consistency and her constant positive attitude and hard work she brings to the gym everyday. You are amazing and your AMF family love you. Keep up the good work! You look 🔥

Congratulations to for winning our AMF 6 week challenge! She lost 10 lbs, body fat went down along with lots of inches! She showed up consistently and worked her butt off. Congrats Valerie on your free 6 month membership! We are so proud of all the participants that lost weight, found their motivation to get to the gym again and eat healthy. Small steps that will last a lifetime!
