We will take our heart rate up with Music-driven, non-stop aerobics combining cardio & toning, for a high-energy, full-body workout. Simple choreography that keeps you moving, and smiling from start to finish.

Then end with a preview of Yo. yoga inspired deep stretching format. Experience a modern twist on deep stretching in a non-stop, action-packed class that will take your strength, balance, and flexibility to the next level. Simple, consistent choreography and a casual setting make YO easy to follow and a total blast. Adaptable to all levels, YO will quickly become the stretch class you can’t live without!
