All too many coaches sell the idea that you don’t have to give up detrimental habits to reach your goals. Unfortunately telling you what you want to hear isn’t often helpful. Let’s face it, most coaches have never struggled to lose weight and can only attempt to understand what you are going through. Don’t even get me started on before and after pictures! Think of it this way…
Would you tell a recovering alcoholic it’s ok to have a drink occasionally?
