to my amazing client Marni, she is 51!!
She started with me back in November. She was at her heaviest, going through menopause, hormones are crazy, body changes, she mainly wanted to focus on her back pain and feeling better,

We talked about Gut issues, I could see a lot of inflamation, bloat, we started on the right supplements, designed a meal plan for her needs and lifestyle, working on her back stiffness and getting stronger 2 times a week!!

She is down 5lbs, she had been on the same weight for a while. the scale never moved!
She feels so much better, her gut is healthier, bloat is going down, and pain has gone away!!

Before and after, what it looks like, not giving a crap what you put in your body, and 12 years later taking care of my temple. (2 kiddos later)

I looked older at 20, then I do now....
And it all came down to getting sick and doctors telling me I had to change my lifestyle or would have to face cancer at a really young age... reality hit... 🪨

Since that day, I decided to always take care of my temple. It's not always about physical looks. Health is wealth 🙏 dont forget that!!

It's not easy, but I made a promise never to abuse my body as I once did...
