B***y lift exercise !! Using a cable attachment intensifies the tension on working muscle ; in this video I have my client isolate glute with a slow tempo & contraction at top of movement. Try using a light to medium weight , but most importantly use a weight u can “feel” Only on glutes - if ur feeling the quads or lower back then drop the weight. ***y

This isolation exercise targets 90% B***y🍑. Performance ed s l w l y to avoid too much momentum !!
1. Chin down
2. Knees out
3. Heels together
4. Feet outwards
5. Extend legs out slowly
6. Contract glutes for 2 seconds
7. Slowly under tension return w knees outward toward bench.

3 sets of 12 reps 🍑
