Finish is applied and waiting to fully cure before a light buff and coat of wax. I’ll soon be listing these for sale in my Etsy store. Now back to gluing up some Birdseye hoop nets.

This is a medium size net with a three ply hoop consisting of a Birdseye maple inner and outer strip with a cherry center strip. Handle insert is cherry burl, thrimmed in curly maple, cherry and cherry burl. Hoop opening is 16.5”x11” with an overall length of 28.5”. Finished with a hand rubbed gunstock finish that is water resistant and easily repaired if scratched. Net is available with a !/4” square flat bottom bag or a 1/2” square deeper tied bottom.
