Need a little ?! Well we’ve got two inspiring sisters 👯‍♀️ that graced our G.O.A.T. 🐐🐐 Beam this last month!!

Huge shoutout 📢 to Nohemi N. and Janet T. for getting their mark on the 500 Class Beam 😱 and the 100 Class Beam 🎊 respectively last month!! These sisters can often be seen in the morning classes giving it their all 💪🏼 If you see them in this week beating the heat at 5 or 6am make sure to give them a giant high five 🙌🏼

🐐 G.O.A.T. Alert 🚨

We are a little behind on this last month’s new G.O.A.T.s , and let me tell you there were quite a few 💪🏼, so keep your eyes 👀 open over this next week for all the well-deserved shoutouts 📢

First up, huge congrats to Hannah for hitting her 100th Class this last month 🔥 Hannah is an athlete 🏐, so no surprise when she joined us she gave some of our regulars a run for their money in strength 🏋🏼 and speed. I think just how much she’d push them however might not have been expected 😂😂 Hannah completed her first MURPH workout this Memorial Day 🇺🇸 WITH the weighted vest 😳 and can often be seen in our HIIT + LIFT classes pushing absolutely crushing 👊🏼 even our “advanced” weight suggestions 🤯

If you see her in class this week give her a big high five 🙌🏼 for all her hard work!!

🚨New 10k Club Member Alert 🚨

Shoutout 📢 to Jesus G. for hitting his first 10k Month 🎉🏆 And not only crushing 35 classes in 30 days but doing it only a few months after joining 💪🏼

Whether he’s stretching it out in Yoga 🧘🏼 or sweating it out 😅 in HIIT class, his positive attitude can’t help but motivate you 👊🏼

When you see him in class this next week give him a big high five 🙌🏼

The biggest of shoutouts 📢 to Dennis and Dina P. for both adding their mark to the 500 Class Beam 💪🏼 this month!!

If these two don’t represent what it is to be a G.O.A.T. I don’t know if any of us do 🤷🏼‍♂️. They are fun, friendly, consistent, and can probably kick the butt 🦶🏼💢 of most people half their age in class 😂! The welcoming caring energy they bring and the positivity and hard work they show makes us not able to picture what this community would be without them 😍! Give them a huge congrats 🍾 🎉 if you see them in class this week 😊

1 week from today!! Join us on Memorial Day 🇺🇸 for “Murph”, a workout and remembrance of those who’ve given the ultimate sacrifice for our country!!

Modified versions will be available so you can participate no matter your fitness level 😊👍🏼! Guests are welcome 🤗. Staggered start times may be given out depending on class sizes (so watch your email 📧). And so far weather is looking great ☀️
