Registration is still open for our Girl Power Carolinas Summer Camp!

This camp is open to grades K–12 and all skill levels. Whether your daughter is brand new to flag football or already plays, this is a great opportunity to learn, grow, compete, and build confidence.

Girl Power Carolinas Supplemental Training is now available at the for athletes who want to sharpen their flag football skills, build confidence, and compete with more purpose.

This is where we work on the details:
speed, footwork, route running, catching, flag pulling, football IQ, confidence, and game-like reps.

Mondays & Wednesdays
➡️ Ages 7–11: 5:30–6:30 PM
➡️ Ages 12–19: 30–7:30 PM

Location: Prosperity Athletic Club

Whether your daughter is brand new to flag football or ready to take the next step, these sessions are designed to help her grow, compete, and have fun in an empowering environment.

➡️Grades 9–12: 7 on 7 to prepare for the high school season

💥Season starts Sunday, June 21 in Mooresville, NC.

Girls flag football is growing fast — NC has official sanctioned girls flag for the 2026-2027 school year, flag football is headed to the 2028 Olympics, and college opportunities are continuing to grow.

Now is the time to get the reps, build confidence, and be part of the movement.
