Are you bored with your workouts…or not getting results? Stuck at a plateau…or having a hard time getting to the gym? No intimidation!

MaxXxfit is a functional training program intended for women and men of all
fitness levels, beginner, intermediate, or the advanced. One can quickly achieve noticeable results using a combination of these intense
cardiovascular and weight training techniques. You’ll find MaxXxfit workouts to always be creative, fun, and never a repeat. Within each class there will be a personal trainer present at

all times to instruct
and provide individual modifications based on individual abilities. Above all, the goal of MaxXxfit is to help individuals achieve incremental progress,
and the emphasis is on each participants potential, not their limitations.

Q:What is the Spartacus format?
A: 10 exercise for 10 rounds starting with 10 reps and subtracting 1 rep from each exercise after completing a round. Friday 8:30 made me so proud.
