I've been in the fitness industry for over 25 years and COVID-19 has put the industry in an innovation mode. I've been doing online training for a few years, but now with the integration of zoom, I can coach you as if we are in the same room.

The company I have had the pleasure of working with the past 15 years, Precision Fitness, now offers a program called Live Online Training.

If you are struggling to find some consistency with your fitness while sheltered at home, or looking for a trainer to help with your current fitness program and need some technique coaching, then read on below.
