Success doesn't come from planting one seed and hoping it grows 🌱

In today's Motivational Monday, Rick shared three reminders for building a successful business:

1️⃣Spread a lot of seeds. Create opportunities, make connections, follow up, and keep putting yourself out there. Not every seed will grow-but some will.

2️⃣Be the mustard seed. Small but mighty. Stay strong, stay resilient, and keep pushing through whatever comes your way.

3️⃣Be a smart investor. Invest your time, energy, money, and resources where they have the greatest opportunity to multiply.

And in mortgage and real estate, remember: 70% sales. 30% systems and processes. You need both-but without sales, there's nothing for the systems to support.

Plant the seeds. Stay strong. Invest wisely. Then keep doing the work 💪🏼
