Atkins Memorial Library The Atkins Memorial Library was founded in 1937 by Charles & Maud Atkins as a tribute to their late son, Lewis.

Join us TODAY Sunday, June 7th from 12–4pm for our Spring Clean-Up Day! We’ll be mulching flower beds, spreading dirt for the garden, and sprucing up the library grounds together. Whether you can stay all afternoon or just stop by for a little while, we’d love the extra helping hands!

Come enjoy some fresh air, community time, and help make our library shine for summer. 💚 All ages welcome!

One of the best things about a small town is the way people come together when neighbors need support. ❤️

We're excited to share an important update about our Ice Cream Social & Book Fair on June 19.

Donations received during the Ice Cream Social will benefit the Clement family.

We hope you'll join us for an evening of books, ice cream, conversation, and community as we come together to support a local family.

🧶📚 Craft & Chat Club at Atkins Memorial Library!

Looking for a cozy night out each month? Join us Thursday, June 11th at 6pm for Craft & Chat Club!

Each month, we’ll gather to knit, crochet, or sew a square inspired by the book you’ve read. At the end of the year, you can stitch your squares together into a blanket — or create a project all your own! It’s a fun way to stay motivated with your reading goals while learning new skills and making new friends.
All skill levels are welcome — whether you’re brand new or have been crafting for years.

🧵 Limited crochet supplies will be available, but feel free to bring your own materials.
Come for the crafting, stay for the conversation. We’d love to see you there! 💚
