🔥 AEP 12U SHOUTOUT 🔥
Huge shoutout to our 12U team this past weekend! We are incredibly proud of all these young men(some not pictured).
If you’re wondering why we’re making this post, It’s not because we won a game.
It’s not because four different players hit home runs in the same game (although we’re definitely proud of that, and we’ll get to them in a minute).
It’s not even because we won a tournament or to highlight our successes but…
Rather to highlight the reasons for success…

THIS is what makes us proud.
Over the years we’ve experienced success, failure, wins, losses, adversity, and unforgettable moments. Through it all, our players are learning the true power of our foundation:
🔥 ATTITUDE + EFFORT = PERFORMANCE 🔥
As many of you know, our coaching staff is extremely passionate about our players and the game of baseball. We push our athletes because we believe in them. We challenge them because we know they’re capable of more. We coach them hard because life will eventually do the same.
At times, our message may get lost in the intensity of competition, but our mission has never changed.
We want our players:
• To do everything they do at the highest level possible.
• To compete with passion and purpose.
• To want more for themselves on and off the field.
• To understand that life isn’t always fair, but they can always control their attitude and effort.
• To be “The Buffalo” and attack adversity head-on instead of running from it.
• To be grateful for every opportunity they’re given.
• To understand that success is earned not given. You must endure hardship and failure before reaching success.
• To play for those who would give anything for one chance to physically be able to walk or even talk.
• Lastly, to FIND JOY in our JOURNEY!
At the end of the day, nothing makes us prouder than watching our players give everything they have while maintaining a great attitude.
That is what this game is really about.
That is why we coach.
That is why we play.
