Wyngate Swim Club is a family-friendly and local community pool located in Moon Township, PA

Wyngate Swim Club is a members only coummunity pool located in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. Established in 1967, Wyngate offers recreational and organized swimming and a variety of other activities during the annual swim season extending from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The Club serves approximately 350 members and their families with a 25 meter heated pool with diving board, wading pool, volleyball court, and refreshment stand.

Back-to-School Hours Begin This Week! 📚

With Moon Area School District heading back to school on Tuesday, Wyngate will begin operating on our adjusted school-day schedule.

On school days, the pool will be open from 3:30–7:00 PM.

This Week's Hours:
Monday: 12:30–7:00 PM
Tuesday: 3:30–7:00 PM
Wednesday: 3:30–7:00 PM
Thursday: 3:30–7:00 PM
Friday: 3:30–9:00 PM

One Last Pizza Party Before Summer Ends! ☀️🍕
We're celebrating another great summer at Wyngate with an End of Summer Kids Pizza Party!

Tuesday, August 18 @ 1:00 PM

Each child will receive 2 slices of pizza, a drink, and a sweet treat. 🍕🥤🍪 Guests are welcome to join but please remember that the standard $5 guest fee applies upon entry.

⏰ Registration closes Sunday, August 16, so don't forget to sign up on the website!

Looking for a quieter time to swim or do laps? 🏊 Wyngate offers dedicated swim times for adults and seniors.

Adult Lap Swim
🕗 Mondays & Wednesdays
8:00 – 9:00 PM
For members ages 18+ who want to swim laps and enjoy a more relaxed evening at the pool.

Senior Swim
🕛 Monday–Friday
12:00 PM – 12:30 PM
Reserved for members ages 50+ during regular hours.

Whether you're looking to stay active at the end of the day or simply enjoy a peaceful swim before the pool gets busy, we'd love to see you utilize these times at Wyngate! 💙

A few reminders while you're enjoying the sunshine:
🧴 Reapply sunscreen every couple of hours.
💧 Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
🌳 Take breaks in the shade if you're feeling tired or overheated.
🍎 Grab a snack and stay fueled for all your summer fun.

Swimmers & Families:
• Swimmers should check in with their coaches at 5:00 PM to receive event assignments and prepare for warm-ups.

After closely monitoring the air quality throughout the day, we have made the decision to keep the pool closed for the remainder of today, Friday, July 17th.

Unfortunately, the Air Quality Index (AQI) has continued to rise rather than improve, and conditions are not safe for outdoor activities. The health and safety of our members, guests, and staff remain our top priority, and we believe this is the safest decision.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate these unusual conditions. We will continue to monitor the air quality and provide updates regarding tomorrow's operations as needed.

Due to the air quality alert currently in effect for the Pittsburgh area, the pool will close today at 5:00 PM to help ensure the health and safety of our members and staff.

Swim Team
The away swim meet scheduled for tonight is also cancelled. Information will go out and be posted if there will be a make-up date.
