Today was quite the adventure. Thanks for exploring with me. It’s good sometimes to not have a plan and just figure it out as we go.

Stay tuned, I think my next hike will be on a weekday evening. Probably the 6-7 mile Brady’s Run loop. Just gotta pick the date.

I might have cried a few times while reading this. The Unlikely Thru Hiker was a very funny and real story of Derick’s experience hiking the AT. It was a beautiful read. I think I cried because it made me feel all the feels of a thru hike. This is the book that made me stop with eyes full of tears, look at my husband, and tell him that I don’t want to meet my deathbed without experiencing this for myself. All you hikers & AT dreamers out there need to read this

Ladies, I’ve seen ads for these all over FB and was recently introduced to it on our 6 day backpacking trip on the Quehanna. I immediately ordered a few for myself. No more drip-drying, packing out TP, or carrying that gross p*e rag. Get you one of these!
