We kicked off the 2026 Saber Girls Wrestling Team Camp yesterday with a joint workout alongside Clear Creek Amana, led by Iowa State recruit and state champion Greta Brus.

Today the team was at North Central College learning from Coach and USA All-American Emma Grimm. Itโ€™s been a great start to the week, both on and off the mat, and two more sessions still to come with Coach Grimm!
