Hi everyone!
It has been a long time since I’ve posted here consistently, and honestly, life has been incredibly full behind the scenes.
Over the past year, I have been navigating a major life transition: building a brand-new home, selling the home I had lived in for more than 20 years, relocating far away from what was familiar, and continuing to run and grow my coaching business throughout the entire process.
This season stretched me emotionally, mentally, and practically in ways I never expected, but it also reminded me of something incredibly important:
You do not need every answer before beginning a new chapter.
You need a vision.
You need commitment.
You need consistency.
And you need trust in yourself.
At times, I truly felt like the project manager of my own life: balancing timelines, logistics, decisions, planning, moving pieces, business responsibilities, and constant change while staying connected to the bigger vision I had for my future.
While I may have been quieter on social media during this season, I’ve also been growing, rebuilding, reflecting, and creating.
I’m excited to be back sharing more intentionally here again, not only about career development and leadership, but also about personal growth, life transitions, mindset, and what it really looks like to create a fulfilling life aligned with your values.
I wrote a new blog post sharing the lessons this experience taught me about:
• Letting go of what is familiar
• Building a life intentionally
• Self-trust during major change
• Why mindset and ex*****on both matter
• Creating a fulfilling life aligned with your vision
If you are navigating a new chapter in your own life, I hope this encourages you to keep moving forward.
Sometimes the vision truly does come before the evidence.
