Looking for a passionate, energetic CrossFit coach to lead our awesome fitness community in Coral Springs, FL.
Early AM / Later PM availability.

Must:
+ Have experience coaching group CrossFit classes
+ Display an encouraging and energetic attitude while conducting pre-designed workouts for up to 20 adult members per class
+ Have the ability to demonstrate & correct proper exercise technique to ensure safety of all participants
+ Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels
+ Build attendance and retain current membership
+ Attend all fitness staff meetings & community events
+ Display professional and appropriate conduct on social media and in the gym at all times
+ Handle member concerns when applicable
+ Work closely with Management to drive all sales and marketing activities of the gym
Qualifications:
+ Current CF-L1/CF-L2 or USAW Weightlifting or similar certification, or relevant other relevant coaching experience
Salary:
+ Pay negotiable with experience; additional commission incentives + bonuses offered
+ Access to 150+ clients to book personal training sessions. Keep 100% of your rate*
* Client must be a member of the gym
+ 24/7 access to gym

COVID-19 considerations:
Class CAPs & reservations are required. Thorough cleaning & sanitizing between each class. Currently there is no city mandate for mask wearing while inside the gym.
