As some of you know coach Alana Carey-Miller was biking in December and was hit by a car. I’m still unable to coach due to my injuries. I’m here and will be back as soon as I possibly can! I miss you all.

PLEASE don’t teach your toddler to swim to you in the pool until they have mastered ALL THE SAFETY SKILLS. This is crucial to them being able to rescue them selves in an emergency. Your child may think you’re back there ready to be swam to in a emergency if they’re not taught to go to the wall EVERY time… You can reverse any good that any swim instructor is doing by having them swim to you during this crucial time. I love my babies and want you all safe. Alana Carey-Miller
