BACK AT IT AGAIN!!

Only taking 10 athletes, so make sure you sign up and reserve your spot!!

Athletes will be taking through drills that focus on defensive foot work, hand eye coordination, improving leg and hip power, bat swing speed, first step quickness, fielding angles, upper body strength, arm and elbow care, and much more. Making the best of a day off!!
