We love to see our Rock Steady members show up in person and virtually!

Rock Steady Boxing is designed specifically for people with Parkinson’s. We offer this class twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 11:00 to 12:00. With exercises to improve strength and mobility and a fun, friendly atmosphere, this is exactly what’s needed to fight back against Parkinson’s.
