One of your BEST filters for finding the right weight for a lift is to analyze the set when you finish and ask ONE SIMPLE QUESTION:..
How many reps did I have left in the tank at the end of that set?..
If the answer is 1-2 or less, you are working in a challenging manner that is appropriate..
If the answer is 3+, you have some room to GROW!..
