For the past year we have beta-tested IN12VALS bootcamp at CrossFit Coconut Grove. Its programming is based on a high-intensity interval training methodology with an unloaded (no barbell work) regimen. Many of our crossfitters use it as a change of pace, recovery and/or active rest as our non-crossfitters use it as simply a fat-burner workout. We have also used it as an on-ramp for people intimated by CrossFit assuring them that we don't bite and that NO... they DO NOT need to be "in-shape" to join a CrossFit box.
In 2016, we will be bringing the IN12VALS program to Crossfit Gables to compliment the daily WOD and Power Hour. Membership will include all these programs including our competitor class ran by Coach Serg. Gables members we will keep you posted on all classes and times of these new programs.

IN12VALS M.E.T.H.O.D. is an exercise protocol revolving around the science-based efficacy of interval training. Every session begins with a 9-minute circuit of mobility, isolated and core movements. Each day is programmed using various work-to-rest ratios to maximize physical adaptations.
