University of Miami Scuba Club

University of Miami Scuba Club Come get wet with us! The UM SCUBA Club dives almost every weekend to sites all over Florida! Check Meetings are 8:30 on Tuesdays in Cox Science Center 126.

The UM SCUBA club is open to both graduate and undergraduate students (so come on out!). We schedule a mix of Open Water and Advanced dives to accomodate all levels and dive Saturday and Sunday of almost every weekend throughout the school year. We also offer Open Water certification courses at a discounted club rate taught by great instructors! Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, Cavern, Nitrox, and a variety of other certifications are also available, depending on interest. A few of the places we have gone in the past are:

- USS Vandenburg
- Spiegel Grove
- Blue Heron Bridge
- Ginnie Springs/Blue Grotto
- Epcot's Living Seas Aquarium
- Tenneco Towers
- Conch Wall
- Sea Emperor
- Juno Ledge
- All over the keys!

UM SCUBAAA🤿

So excited to get back in the water with the club this weekend. We are having our first dive signups of the semester tonight 9/1 at 8pm in Cox 126. This weekends dive is Sunday 9/6 with Amoray Dive Center✌️💙🤿 . The dive has a 10:30am shed time and is $50 (to pay when you go on dive, not at signups). In order to sign up for the dive you must have paid club dues, complete your do sports easy, and dive in the past 6 months!
