“5years NED(No Evidence of Disease). I’m a survivor. But, I fight everyday so that I can be a stronger, better version of myself. I never let my thyroid cancer stop me from anything. WEEKS before radiation treatment I ran Ragnar relay with a group of inspirational people. I went back to teaching yoga as soon as I was cleared. A year later I was determined and able to start a family. Welcoming my first baby girl still brings tears to my eyes. Then, my second baby girl. Then this summer, I thought my world was going to be turned upside down again. Thankfully with a second biopsy everything came back negative. This world is beyond scary but I keep on going knowing that I have so much to give and to live for.”

December 16! In this 2 hour deeply therapeutic workshop, Sam Reynolds will lead you through a blissfully relaxing restorative yoga practice while you receive deepening assists from White Lion Therapeutic Massage

Restorative yoga is a very gentle and introverted form of yoga where your body finds rest in prop-supported yoga postures and your awareness moves to your breath. By relaxing into motionlessness you are able to make permanent cellular shifts in every aspect of your being by penetrating the tissues of the body and triggering the parasympathetic nervous system to restore balance and equilibrium.
