Some days are a little more special than others. ❤️🥋

Today, we were incredibly honored to welcome Professor Jon Thomas founder of Tap Cancer Out , to Absolute Self Defense Academy! He took the time out of his incredibly busy schedule to drop in, guest teach, and train with our crew—and we are truly grateful.

Tap Cancer Out is doing something extraordinary for the cancer-fighting community through the sport we love, using Jiu-Jitsu to raise awareness, bring people together, and make a real difference for cancer-fighting organizations. To have Professor Jon personally show up and support those who believe in that same mission means more to us than we can put into words.

Looking for a fun, structured way to keep your kids active while building confidence, discipline, focus, and real-world skills?

Our Jiu-Jitsu homeschool classes are open Monday–Thursday for kids and Monday, Tuesday & Thursday for adults!

⏰ Class Schedule

4–7 years: 8:25 AM–8:55 AM

8–14 years: 9:00 AM–9:45 AM

15+ years: 9:50 AM–10:45 AM

Kids: Monday–Thursday

Adults: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
