Coach Carissa will be heading up the Epee group down in Durham over Labor Day weekend. Athletes and coaches are all welcome at the camp. While there Coach Carissa will be testing for her Prevot certifications in Foil and Saber.

Our competitive fencers are the coaches tonight. Working with Coach Carissa’s family in from West Virginia and attending our Fencing Camp for the week.

New Class!

Train like a dragon rider or the fae assassin! In this class, you will using swords and daggers in a fun, fast-paced aerobics class. Moves can be adapted for all fitness levels. Each month will have a new book club selection with a discussion at end of month. Classes will be limited to twenty participants each session.

To register- Purchase a Sword Aerobics Class Pass, then reserve your space under class schedule for Sword Aerobics. Single class pass is $20 or Buy 5, One 1 Free for $100. Also available 10 classes for $150.
