Spring 2026 Supplemental Technical Training Program - Competitive Players Only

FRIDAYS

4/10, 4/17, 4/24, 5/1, 5/8, 5/15, 5/29, 6/5

Session 1 : 5pm - 615pm : Boys & Girls born in 2016/2017 (U9/U10)

Session 2 : 615pm - 730pm : Boys & Girls born in 2013/2014/2015 (U11/U12/U13)

Cost - $195

This program will be for players who are serious about getting better only. This program is NOT for social players who are looking to hangout with friends. Players will be pushed and challenged to give maximum effort and a certain level of intensity will be expected. Each session will be focused on different individual technical skills required to have success within the game….

Ball mastery
Running with the ball
Dribbling to take on a defender
Changing direction with the ball
Dribbling to set up a pass
Passing and receiving
Movement off the ball
Finishing

We will focus primarily on attacking concepts in small-sided settings (1v1’s, 2v1’s, 2v2’s, 1v2’s and 3v3’s)
