It’s Tuesday and it’s time again for some Muni Madness at Coos Club. There is so much money in the Ace Pot that the Munilini has a full time bodyguard. 4pm balls in the air. Come on down and you could go home as a Rockefeller! But remember you can’t win if you don’t play!

Allow me to introduce our inaugural Muni Madness Coos Bay team champions. Mr. Tyler Falk, Mr. Dane Byers and the man the myth the legend Mr. Woody Woodburn!! These guys overcame driving rain, wind and 12 other faithful souls to collect the Winners Purse is $450!! Congratulations to all the folks at Coos Bay Golf Club on a successful Grand re-Opening. Andre we appreciate everything you do and love playing Muni Madness at your wonderful facility. Now let’s look to Tuesday for it’s time again to play Tuesday Skins and of course another chance at the fattest Ace Pot in our history. This week an Ace could be worth nearly $4500!! Is it going to be your lucky day? Well I know for sure, you can’t win if you don’t play.

Muni Madness Coos Golf Club celebrates the Grand reopening with a very special event. It is our first team game! 3-ball Super Scramble! Saturday at 3pm, team cost in $90 plus green fees. A Super Scramble has a few variations from the normal scramble. All players hit then you take the best shot. Then ALL SHOTS COUNT and you could make -3 on any hole. Even better if you make an Ace it’s worth -4. In a Super Scramble you are never out of contention until the very end. Grab a team or if you’re a Free Agent put your name in the comments. Come on out and support the growth of the game at a really great place!! *The Tuesday Ace Pot is not part of this event.

Saturday April 7th at 3pm is the first Muni Madness Coos Team event. 3pm tee off. 3 Ball Super Scramble. $90 team entry plus green fees. Come support the grand opening of the new an improved Coos Golf Club and have some serious fun. If you don’t have a team there are sign ups at the Bandon Dunes Caddy Shack or leave a message on here or Facebook. It really is a lot of fun. And remember you can’t win if you don’t play.

It’s Grand Opening week at Coos Golf Club so get ready for the biggest week ever at Muni Madness. The week starts with our skins game on Tuesday at 4 PM. With $4300 in the Ace Pot and a $770 skin last week it’s now a must play. Then on April 7 to coincide with the re-grand opening we have our first Muni Madness team game. 3pm start time. The game is called the Super Scramble. Everyone hits and you choose the best shot then everyone hits again. If you make 3 birdies they all count. And if you make an Ace it’s worth four under par. Whip outs are made when a team makes all of its birdies on one hole. The game is fast paced and no team is out of the action until the game is done! Team Cost is $90. If 60 players show up then the pot is worth $1800! Not a bad pay-out for a $30 entry!! If you are looking for a team post something in the comments on here or Facebook or chat with your Munilini Jason Humprey! The Ace Pot is not in play during team games. And remember folks, you can’t win if you don’t play.

Anticipation. That’s the feeling you may have right now waiting for tomorrow’s Muni Madness at Coos Golf Club. With $3970 in the Ace Pot how can’t you be excited. Tee time is 4pm. $15 to play plus $15 in the shop. Also we are excited to announce our first ever team event. Saturday April 7th we will have a three person Super Scramble. It’s a scramble with a cool twist all birdied count and Aces are worth four under par! Team Cost is $90 and of course as usual 100% of the fees are paid to the winners. If we get 20 teams the payout is $1800!! Not bad for a $30 entry. So come on down to and be part of the Madness!!

This is how close Woody was to making an Ace today at Muni Madness Coos Golf Club and taking home over $4000!!! Wow. But the Ace Pot rolls on! Maybe there will be an Ace next week! Also stay tuned for some exciting announcements about the grand re-opening of Coos Golf Club and a huge Muni Madness event!
