Sky High Performance – Insurance Policy Update
Effective immediately, Sky High Performance will no longer accept repair work that is billed through Geico.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause customers who use Geico. This decision was not made lightly. After multiple experiences in which we completed substantial diagnostic and repair work in good faith and received no payment, we can no longer take that risk.
We went well beyond what was required on recent Geico-related jobs and were left covering the labor ourselves. That is not a sustainable or honest way to operate a small shop.
We will continue to work with other insurance companies and, as always, welcome cash and direct-pay customers. Our commitment to honest work, fair pricing, and taking care of the people in this community has not changed.
