Good morning!!! Have you ever tried good mornings (it’s the exercises lol)! With a band like in the video is one variation of the exercise. You can also use bodyweight, holding weight at chest height or even a barbell on you back. This exercise aggressively strengthens the back, glutes and hamstrings so start off light then work up from there. For a added benefit bring your shoulder blades together to strengthen thoracic extension and posture! Great for athletes especially cyclists but also great for anyone!

Single leg RDL is a great exercise to strengthen the posterior chain. It is a hip hinge exercise that lights up the glutes, hamstrings, core and upper back by trying to maintain proper upper body posture. Great for pretty much anyone who lacks glute and hamstring strength as well as flexibility!
