Hey there, for those of you who remember me, it's Coach Tiffany here. 🙂 I started this page before most of the gymnasts competing for Gym Plus were even alive! Spent many happy years there coaching alongside the Greats, like Coach Myndee, Coach Roy, Teacher Dan, Coach Barb, and a few others. My daughter Annika started there when she was just a wee little thing, some of you might remember her too, as a gymnast, or as a class, camp and field trips coach. Well, I followed her across the country to Pennsylvania and can't even come in for hugs anymore. ☹️. And now it's time ( WAY PAST TIME) for me to exit from admin on this page. I'll still follow along, keep up with and always be cheering Gym Plus on. Just as a fan now.
Remember, always listen to your coaches, especially Coach Myndee. She knows the ins and the outs, the tricks and the tips of this sport. She has coached champions and helped hundreds of gymnasts. I never could've been the coach I was without her.
Form is your friend...Practice makes permanent, not perfect! Remember that. How you practice every day is how you will compete. Always be kind to your teammates, cheer each other on. Even if you're both really wanting that podium spot. Don't ever let the scores be more important than your sportsmanship. Personal best is always more important than podium best. You won't always remember the scores, but you will remember those times you had the best routine of your life.
