We pride ourselves in our system, which has a base in traditional karate while having the advantage of utilizing modern martial arts training. We are not a fitness facility, although we have fitness classes. We are not an MMA gym, although we have successful MMA fighters. Just to let you all know, Sensei Yamash*ta's seminars scheduled for April 17 & 18 have been rescheduled and will now be held on May 29 & 30. Same plan, 29th kobudo (weapons) in Newaygo (k**a) and 30th empty hand in Grand Rapids. More details will follow around the end of April.
