We are a small BJJ club that operates on weekends out of Professional Karate Coopersville! Please reach out if you have any questions!

It is with jiu-jitsu we develop ourselves into the best variant we can possibly be. My personal directive in life is to become great at jiu-jitsu, and to bring my sport into whatever community I reside in. I want to develop an uncanny culture that will propel adults and youngsters into their best version they can be; where they can defend themselves and their loved ones from whatever hardships the

y might face. With hard work and discipline, I strive to develop this sport in its unique ways here. As it has helped me in my life, I hope to share it so that it may help other people in all chapters or seasons of their lives. I invite you to visit and join as we grow together to become the best possible versions of ourselves on this journey called jiu-jitsu.

HEADS UP FRIENDS! We have a 2nd person competing under our little competition team, Pallas Jiujitsu! Rachel will be doing her first competition in Grand Rapids at Grappling Industries on the 22nd of June! For the last couple of months, we've done intense one on one drilling, and I threw her into an intense room at Daniel Gracie that entire time! She's motivated and competitive so I'm confident that this'll be a very great learning experience for her. I'm happy that the West Michigan jiujitsu community is as open and welcoming as they are for anybody new in this sport!

As always if anybody has any questions about technique or wants me to help you, I'm super approachable and willing to share and help! All you have to do is ask me!

Struggle cuddles!

Riley has been getting good at pressure from side control! He's learning head and arm chokes as he's progressed in his journey. It's never about giant leaps in progress with this martial art. Small improvements lead to amazing changes in these rooms! The key is to keep coming like he has to create big changes for himself!
