Our high school athletes had a great week at camp with Lake Region State College Volleyball! 🏐

We learned a lot, improved our skills, and saw many good things happening on the court. We’re excited about the progress we’ve made and can’t wait to keep building on it.

What a great week hosting our Elementary Volleyball Camp. It was awesome to see so many young athletes learning the fundamentals of the game while having fun and building their love for volleyball.

Lake Region State College will once again be hosting a volleyball camp at Griggs County Central this summer!

🎓 Grades 7–12

Train with LRSC Head Coach Steve Waddel! Whether you’re looking to improve your skills, compete at a higher level, this camp is a great opportunity!

We officially wrapped up our season with our End of the Year Awards, and it was the perfect way to close out a great year for our program!

Stat Leaders:
• Highest Serving Percentage: Jessa Spickler – 98.33%

• Block Leader: Alette Adrian – 57
• Assist Leader: Klaire VenHuizen – 959
• Dig Leader: Jessa Spickler – 562
• Kill Leader: Kelsey Johnson – 301

This season, Klaire VenHuizen broke the single-season assist record, and Jessa Spickler broke the single-season dig record!

To top off an incredible awards night, Kelsey Johnson earned Class B Second Team All-State honors this season!
Kelsey finished the year with 301 kills, 12 blocks, 31 aces, and 353 digs, and ended her career with 592 kills, 25 blocks, 57 aces, 13 assists, and 772 digs. This All-State honor is the first for our Griggs-Midkota Volleyball program!

We are so proud of all our athletes and grateful for the opportunity to celebrate their accomplishments. What a season! 🏐💙🖤

Congratulations to senior outside hitter Kelsey Johnson!
We are proud to announce that she has been selected to the North Dakota Class B Volleyball All-State Second Team! The first Titan volleyball player to ever be selected!
