🚨 Senior Men’s Tour Update! 🚨

A quick heads-up for all golfers planning to join us on Monday:

⛳ ALL golf carts have officially been reserved and are currently spoken for!

If you own a personal cart, we strongly encourage you to trailer it in and bring it along, as we do not have any additional carts available for use.

We’re excited for a great day of golf, good company, and hopefully a few birdies along the way! Thank you for helping us make the day run smoothly.

****UPDATE - LEAGUE WILL START AT 6PM****

🌧️⛳ Men's League Weather Report ⛳🌧️

Current forecast: questionable.

Current steak situation: EXCELLENT. 🥩🔥

As of right now, Men's League is still on! We're keeping an eye on the weather and will let everyone know if Mother Nature decides to become the league commissioner for the evening.

But here's what we do know: it's Ribeye Steak Sandwich Night, and that's the kind of information we can all rally around. Will need at least 20 guys who want to brave the storm and eat supper! If you plan to eat just give the clubhouse a call and we will get your name on the list! 712-999-2880

If the rain shows up and golf becomes less of a sport and more of a swimming activity, come hang out anyway! Grab a steak sandwich, pull up a chair, start a card game, and enjoy some laughs with your golf buddies. Some nights the scorecards matter. Some nights the stories do.

So dust off your clubs, your rain gear, or your best card-playing strategy and come on down. We'll be ready for whatever the Iowa weather decides to do today.

(Which, historically, is absolutely anything.) 😂

🚁 Golf Course Notice 🚁

This afternoon, our parking lot was utilized for a Life Flight helicopter landing during a medical emergency transfer.

If you’re planning to visit the golf course this evening, please use extra caution in the upper parking lot area, as the helicopter is currently unable to be moved and remains on site.

We kindly ask that everyone respect the privacy of those involved. We do not have details regarding the emergency and ask that there be no speculation or questions surrounding the situation.

We are incredibly thankful for the quick response and professionalism of our first responders, EMS personnel, and the Life Flight crew. Their dedication to helping others in critical moments does not go unnoticed.

Thank you for your understanding, patience, and respect as everyone involved works through this situation. Our thoughts are with those affected. ❤️

We're excited to host the Bayard Golf Days Tournament!
⏰ Open golf available:
• Morning until 12:30 PM
• Again from 5:30 PM until close

The course will be reserved for tournament play from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

🏆 Our 4-Person Best Ball Tournament is looking for 1 more team!

📅 Monday, June 8
The Men's Senior Tour rolls into town! The course will be closed from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM for tournament play.

Our annual Business Fundraiser takes over the course, and the course will be closed all day.

📅 Saturday, June 13
The clubhouse will be closed from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM for a Tri-Class Reunion.

🏌️ Good news: Open golf will still be available all day!

Today’s forecast: 100% chance of the golf course saying, “Thank you for the rain!” 🌧️⛳

Due to the continued rain and forecasted weather, the clubhouse will be closed for the remainder of the day.

We certainly needed the moisture, even if it means taking a rain check on golf today. Stay dry, friends—we’ll see you back on the course when the skies cooperate! ☀️

We will keep you all updated for tomorrow as well!

Okay friends. Tiny golf course PSA from your favorite people who would very much like to keep the drinks cold, the golf carts moving, and the liquor license intact. 🍻⛳

We know some of you have a “special relationship” with your favorite beverages. We respect that. Honestly, it’s beautiful. BUT… bringing outside alcohol onto the course is a no-go and can put the clubhouse liquor license in jeopardy, which is a massive buzzkill for literally everyone.

Now, instead of going full detective mode over the Busch Light Apple situation… we’d rather just help you out. 😂 If there’s a drink you love, COME TALK TO US. Seriously. We can work with distributors and see what we can get ordered in. Your secret is safe with us. We are not here to ruin summer. We are here to enhance it.

We just ask that beverages on the course be purchased through the clubhouse so we can keep everything running smoothly, legally, and with the appropriate amount of ice-cold happiness.

Also — gentle reminder — if outside alcohol is brought onto the course and discovered, golfing privileges and/or memberships could be revoked for the remainder of the summer. And honestly? Nobody wants that. That’s sad movie energy. We’re trying to keep this a summer comedy.

The CRB Boys Golf Team is officially ON TO STATE and we want to send these guys off the ONLY way a small town knows how… LOUD, PROUD, and FULL of CRUSADER SPIRIT!!! 🔥👏

The team will be leaving Monday morning at 8AM and we’d LOVE for the community to line up and cheer them on as they head out! We will meet in the golf course parking lot and walk up to the sidewalk on South 5th by the Mexican restaurant to send them off in style! 🚗📣⛳️
