Our owner, Dr. Ted Harrison, has always done his best to educate his family and friends on the importance of this date: June 6th, also known as D-Day. As a member of our G365 Family, he wants you to know as well.

80 years ago, on June 6th, 1944, troops from the Allied countries landed on the beaches of Normandy. This was the largest seaborne invasion in history, and began the liberation of Western Europe from the N**i's. More than 9,000 Allied soldiers died during D-Day, but their sacrificed allowed more than 100,000 soldiers to cross into France and, eventually, win the war against N**i Germany.

The sacrifice of those troops, as well as the importance of this day in history, will not be forgotten.

Health and fitness isn’t just about raw strength — make 2024 the year you focus on stability and mobility in the body!

Have you ever wondered how your foot pain could be connected to your hip tightness?
Because.... balance.
Our entire body works together by being balanced.
If balance is disrupted, things will start to:
- hurt
- click/pop
- strain
- injure easily
The neck LOVES stability, so stop stretching it
The mid back LOVES mobility, so stop strengthing it.
This explains why your lower back pain goes away when you strengthen your core (give it stability) or stretching the hips (giving it more mobility) helps with lower back pain.
Also, if the ankles lack mobility, guess what needs to move more to make up for the lack of mobility...... the KNEES! And they HATE being mobile, so then pain occurs, until the ankles get mobile again.
So, think about this chart the next time you decide to stretch (mobile) or reactivate (stable) a muscle.
And stop stretching everything to relieve pain lol
