Jenny Hlubik repped STRONG for New Egypt and The Ramirez Boys Fight House GETTING THE WIN last night in New York over a tough opponent from Codella Academy, a very good NY Jiu Jitsu school. The bout was marked by positional dominance by Jenny and her thunderous takedowns.

Make sure you let her know how proud we are when you see her!

Last night's WCG Event was a Grappling Fundraiser event held at the Staten Island FerryHawks Stadium by FDNY & NYPD and supported by Staten Island MMA and Sponsor Teep Territory. The event was hosted by Warrior Cage Grappling of New Egypt.

The Ramirez Boys Fight House from New Egypt, New Jersey, in training collaboration with RHINO FIGHT TEAM Sullivan Kickboxing Academy-SKA/Rhino Fight Team are in Queens NYC tonight for the EXTREME CAGE FIGHTING 155lb Amateur MMA Championship Title. Aaron Powell will be making a strong statement tonight as he looks to establish himself as a Regional Champion and a Force in MMA.

Update: A respectable loss.
It went to the third round.

As you guys may know, The Ramirez Boys Fight House is currently being renovated and will be opening to the general public. We will offer small group CrossFit Style Functional Fitness classes in addition to its MMA and Grappling offerings. So, we are asking locals for your input before we make our purchase of some new equipment.
What are your thoughts on the below options for pullup bars/racks. Our studio space is limited and these are what we think are the best option and use of space. We are looking at setting up 4 stations of these. Comments are welcomed.
