So thankful for the teachers along my path ❤️

I know I'm pretty booked up right now, Thank you for being patient with me as I journey through my learning sabbatical 🙏
Having time to reconnect to myself and my craft is vital for my practice. It allows me to hold space for others at a higher capacity, giving my sessions something money can't buy... presence.

My work is feeling more grounded and centered than ever! Zenthai is such an amazing modality.

I have availability this Saturday for a 90 min session, i would love to fill this space with the new things I've learned!
