Calling all athletes in 7th, 8th, or 9th grades!!! Do you know how to lift weights yet? Are you scared to lift weights? Have you tried to lift but found it difficult to understand what you were doing?
We got you!
Weightlifting can be scary and confusing. We are here to help!! We are proud to offer our Learn The Lift Workshops for all athletes who are in middle school or heading into high school and want to learn about lifting first! Learn about the major lifts you do in the weight room, how it applies to your sport, and learn to perform them correctly so that you are ready to tackle the weight room experience!!! Don't worry, if you are already in high school and lifting is still new for you, we would love to help you figure it out!

The purpose of this program is to prevent weight room injuries in athletes. If you know what the lift is, how to perform it, and why it is important, you not only reduce the risk of injuries but you increase your performance potential!! See you on June 5th!
