I have recently been working with Allee over the last 6 months and introduced her to several advanced shots that were completely outside of her comfort zone. At first, they were difficult. Learning ball control, coordination, and new mechanics at a young age takes patience, repetition, and confidence. But with hard work and determination she was able to finally get the shots to fall and utilize the proper footwork.
One thing I’ve noticed is that many middle school players (ages 12–14) spend most of their practices on the basics—layup lines, team drills, and learning plays. While those are important, they often don’t provide enough individual skill development for players who want to separate themselves from everyone else.
My one-on-one training sessions are designed to push each athlete beyond their comfort zone, build confidence, improve ball handling, shooting, footwork, basketball IQ, and develop the advanced skills that help players stand out. Every workout is personalized to challenge your child and maximize their potential.
My goal isn’t just to make players better—it’s to help them become the athletes coaches notice. I want every player I train to walk into freshman tryouts with the confidence, skill set, and work ethic to stand above the rest of their class.
